Ceremonial Whip

Description

A sword with a whip-like, flexible blade, which Tesoro discovered gathering dust in the corner of his father's closet when he checked his room. It's difficult to handle, but the tip can be swung at an enemy with speed exceeding the speed of sound, so it can be useful in a pinch... That's just a way of handling that Tesoro came up with on his own, and no one actually knows how to use it properly, and even Tesoro himself seems to have trouble figuring it out.
