Eschados
I'm cala's manager, see you later
Description
He used to be the manager of a bar with dancers, but he had closed the bar because he couldn't get customers. After losing his job, he met Caladbolg in his aimless wander, and became Idol Caladbolg's Manager and Producer. Since there's no other staff members, he handles all the tasks himself, from being the bodyguard to chores such as handing out leaflets. Although he's often troubled by the free-spritited Caladbolg, Eschados is Caladbolg's biggest fan.

Personal Weapon
He has a
CRIT UP passive for all Fire Magical allies.
Since he is a supportive character, he thankfully has a good SPD, pretty good MATK, very good HP but a bit low on his DEF and a great MIND for debuffer roles.
His DB is quite good, despite doing a 1 hit Single target, it inflicts a
Fire Damage Resistance Down,
Burn , grants allies
Fire Damage Boost and finally some Bond Gauge. in certain conditions it can also give
Damage Cap Up
There aren't many good weapon that can cover his
Fire Damage Boost and
Fire Damage Resistance Down on top of a
Burn value,
His PW simply grants him a preemptive
CRIT UP and deals 2 hits if the Single target enemy has
Burn, there are many sources for that debuff.
His aforemntioned additional DB effect does grant allies
Damage Cap Up but ONLY if the boss has a Bond Power, which is only seen in the first 6 raid sacred so
Bond (Gram) for his case. No
Damage Cap Up in any other content sadly.
Both his PW and DB are Single Target, which isn't a good sign generally without value, plus you could say his PW basically just does 2 hits and that's all.
Fire Magical doesn't have a solo sustain healer as of now so his lacking DEF stat can be an issue since they love to burst down; having to heal someone isn't the best case scenario
Overall, despite being quite old in fact to be made simply to facilitate the Gram Raid fights, he is still holding up due to how nice his stats and passives are, not much to stay except how it's too bad his
Damage Cap Up is so restrictive, Fire Magical coudl've used a better unit for their team
