Oceare Magic Amplifier

Description

Ocearle's official magic power amplification tool. Lucaro was in charge of all design and development, and his work reflects much of his taste. By wearing it, you can demonstrate superior magical power, but it is not very popular due to its unique design. Revisiting the design was difficult because it used up all the budget and he was stuck. Banryu later said in an internal interview that "It was a big mistake to leave everything to Lucaro".
