Personal Weapon
For a free unit he has an amazing
CRIT UP for Bow and Axe allies.
His PW can grant him 3
Guts if he is under 50% HP, acceptable survival tool.
He has....acceptable stats i guess, average "support" ATK, and pretty good HP.
He has one of THE worst MDEF stat in the game, making him very squishy against what he is supposed to be good with and because he is slow, its hard to make him supportive to compensate the lacking parts.
His PW and DB are essentially useless, both are Single Target, the PW is an OK 2 hit ST that gives him 3
Guts and his DB does 1.3 hits IF he has 25% or under HP, he then loses HP and gives an almighty (small)
Skill Damage Boost to allies.
These low HP conditions aren't reliable nor worth it, the value of what you get is extremely lower to what you sacrifice, especially for a unit without
Enmity or team utility, on top of that very bad MDEF
Overall, despite being visibly a weak unit, under a controlled content, his
CRIT UP is quite valuable, since he is slow he'll just rely on his stats to bring some value, hoping not to die with that MDEF. (Note, while his MDEF is extremely low most teams do succeed in keeping him alive until the content is over, it's easier in Manual content)
His ATK is close to his concurrents Vastre and Kotaro, Luigg just has a better passive targeting compared to them but they indeed are bulkier, if the situation lets Luigg survive until the end he is then better than the 2 aforementioned.
He is quite literally a worse version of Fire Patrossi. He is just him but with actual unique utility, actually fast so his mediocre ATK has a usage as a support unit and isn't THAT squishy.
