His SDB grants a lot of effects like a preemptive Burn Punisher,CRIT UP and Fire Damage Boost on top of doing 2 cross hits and inflicting burn himself, giving him self reliance although Burn is the commonest of debuffs for this team.

CRIT UP passive, it's locked in his SDB but then it takes time to get that there or we get into a damage loss scenarioWhile his SDB is nice most of the time it's hard to justify it's usage, as the effects are mostly covered and overlapping with other weapons, such as Gourmet Bardiche, Wicked Phantom Demon Shield Frenzied Flame and Pen Of The Rock Dragon which would cover Mizzivel's effects by themselves in an AoE scenario per example while being good weapons.
Without Jefta, He loses most of his quick burst/buff window,and does basically what an average unit would do without having any major passive or ability.
Despite being somewhat old, Mizzivel is still holding on this rank, even though barely, while he has a neat PW and a nice but repleacable SDB he still has his stats, the fact he's a SDB unit and still an innate Burn Punisher passives are keeping him up there alongside how much Jefta made his life easier getting access to his SDB in T2 instead of 4 or longer
