(Black Cat Calamity Punch!) Lothar

Description

Lothar's appearance when he was a "human". Finding Lothar near death, Phil administers him the same drug he used on himself as a last resort, transforming him into his current appearance. Lothar loses his magical powers and returns to his "human" form, and gets a new weapon, the Q-O-T. This modified spear is activated by Lothar's magical powers stored in a choker that Boss modified just in case, and can exert the same power as his former self.
